•Responsible for design release and design change management of components, including its 3D/2D/BOM/technical documents;

•Responsible for structuring and optimizing the design solution acc. to customer requirement and internal specification;

•Responsible for design robustness verification;

•Responsible for technical definition and design on test sample, test fixture and test bench;

•Responsible for problem solving during design development;

•Responsible for technical requirement releasing towards supplier and make technical approvement in PPAP;

•Responsible to fulfill the design tasks given by lead design engineer;

•Responsible for to structure and maintain the design guideline of responsible component;

•Cooperate with cross-functional domain to fulfill the development target of eCompressor platform project;

•(mandatory) Mechanical, Mechatronic or Thermal Technology background. BS degree;

•(mandatory) 3 years’ working experience in the automobile field;

•(preferred) Experience in the mechanical feature design of refrigerant components;

•Good knowhow on mechanical structure design (material, reliability, NVH) and related manufacturing process;

•Familiar with DFMEA, DRBFM;

•(preferred) Be skillful with CAD software -- NX/TC and PDM software – SAP;

•Good at working in an international and technically demanding environment;

•Motivative and be able to keep performing under pressure;

•(mandatory) Fluent English in oral and writing;
