1. Increase in-house value add for internal mechanical design support/ solutions

2. Coordinate projects in manufacturing engineering department (type integrations, optimization projects,…)

3. Participates final approvals for machines and equipment’s and be responsible for mechanics. Execute function test and acceptance protocols to ensure quality of equipment.

4. Responsible for the project timing and budget

5. create RFQ's to the suppliers according to the manufacturing concept incl. the lessons learned from operation

6. Support R&D and represent the voice from Manufacturing & Operation" design for manufacturing"

7. Ensure and establishing of design guidelines for equipment (design for machine)

8. Develop local supplier and strengthen design capabilities and tool quality

9. ensure correct project documentation

10. ensure suppliers deliver quality for equipment/ tools/ fixtures/ processes according to Presta requirements.

11. Support project integration on site with hand on mind set and ensure efficient team work

12. Ensure efficient project implementation with sense of FMEA & DMAIC method

13. Cooperation with design department from EU. Ensure that tk-p standards are rolled out in CN region

14. Implement and finish additional assigned job from the supervisor

14. 实施并完成主管分配的其他工作

职位要求

- 熟悉CAD，Solidworks 或其他2D3D设计软件

- 熟练掌握英语能力

- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同部门人员合作。

- 本科或以上学历，机械，工程设计或相关理工科专业
