职位描述

Mission of Function:

A.Business development in China, mainly for Entertainment, mid-sized OEMs & disty management etc.

1. Maintain and manage relationship with current distribution and Key OEMs in different applications

2. Develop new customers and biz opportunities in the region for different applications.

3. Understand the market trend and support related team to do product/marketing proposals

4. be responsible for revenue contribution and healthy grow in the region.

Description:

1. Understand customers' expectation on the product performance/ functionality/ price, etc.

2. Explore the potential customers

3. Balance customer relationships in the region

4. Project update and inform team,

5. Track key accounts sales trends and competitor activities: pricing, distribution, product promotion, etc

6. Give regular product introduction and roadmap to customers

7. Coordinate resources in Germany & in coutry for specified products lines.

8. team work with internal and external resources to handle quality, delivery, techinical issues, etc.

任职条件

1. 5 years plus in speciality lighting, SSL field or entertainment industry

2. Preferred LED/Laser/Lighting technology

3. Bachaelor or above, related major in Electronics, optics, mechanical basical knowledge

4.CRM/Key account management and Project management
