1. Co-Pilots site VSM manager to achieve business needs & FAB & excellence performance.

•Facilitate VSM manager to define VSM compelling business needs and FAB and deploy to key action plans.

•Build up PCC and KPIs data analysis model and identify opportunities and initiatives to support area long term strategy achievement.

•Build up / maintain / update KPI & KAI performance review system, analysis KPIs performance regularly and drive area resource to take action to close the gap.

•Support VSM to develop and maintain area master plan, drive PDCA cycle to make sure all actions completed in time.

•Organize workshop or meetings to develop initiatives list to improve PCC expense more savings.

•

2. Run VSM area MSE system effectively to make sure VSM area operation excellence and drive perfection results.

•Develop area MSE strategy including MSE KPI setting, key actions and milestones to support VSM FAB achievement.

•Guide area DMS system owner to run DMS system effectively to support KPI management system healthy and effectively.

•Manage and couch FI initiative teams and AM teams to deliver improvement results contributing to area performance.

•Establish loss tracking system and provide professional solutions with problem solving capabilities and lean team tools

•Organize and design MSE culture promotion activities to enhance excellence operation and continuously improvement culture.

•Establish and update recognition plan of area to encourage associates to practice 6 mindset & behaviour.

•

3. Improve current process and product and introduce new product and process.

•Work with PPTS to implement new product, new material and other project operating assessment, input thoughts, ideas and concerns

•Coordinate with VSM associates to conduct test, collect inputs and feedback from other functions such as QM, HSE, to evaluate the Performance Quality comprehensively

•Summarize test results and related information, the process evaluation, machine parameters, and performance of related process.

•Make principles according to the test, for further development or operation on site
