1. 支持生产加工合作伙伴建立完善专业的零售生产、品控、物流、服务体系；

Support fabrication partners to establish and improve professional retail production, quality control, logistics and service system;

2. 支持销售安装合作伙伴建立专业的营销、安装、服务体系及团队；

Support sales partners to establish professional marketing, installation, service system and team;

3. 负责区域内零售合作伙伴的开发、报批及认证等日常工作；

Responsible for the daily work of the development, approval and certification of retail partners in the region;

4. 负责区域内零售展厅的搭建申请、报批及认证等日常工作；

Responsible for daily work such as the construction application, application for approval and certification of retail exhibition halls in the region;

5. 向区域内零售合作伙伴传达公司总部零售相关政策措施并取得反馈；

Communicate the retail policies and measures of the headquarters to the regional retail partners and get feedback;

6. 跟进零售合作伙伴销售线索，提升线索转化率；

Follow up sales leads of retail partners and improve lead conversion rate;

7. 配合组织区域内零售合作伙伴销售培训，加工安装培训；

Cooperate with the organization of sales training, processing and installation training for regional retail partners;

8. 日常巡店、巡厂，监督区域内零售合作伙伴加工生产及安装质量，配合合作伙伴处理重大客户投 诉；

Daily shop and factory patrol, supervise the processing, production and installation quality of retail partners in the region, and cooperate with partners to deal with major customer complaints;

9. 配合策划、组织开展区域内零售促销活动；

Cooperate with planning, organizing and carrying out retail promotion activities in the region;

10. 负责收集区域内竞争对手价格动向，产品动向并汇报给SR-AM；

Responsible for collecting price and product trends of competitors in the region and reporting to SR-AM;

11. 按时提交销售报告，及时更新信息系统的数据（CPS和SRT）。

1. 教育背景大学专科以上；

Education background: College degree or above;

2. 有门窗幕墙或相关行业背景优先；

Preferred with Windows and curtain walls or related industry background;

3. 熟悉工业产品零售业务；

Familiar with retail business of industrial products;

4. 熟悉高端定制类产品零售业务；

Familiar with retail business of high-end customized products;

5. 熟悉现代化电子商务零售管理；

Familiar with modern e-commerce retail management;

6. 具备相关零售门店管理及促销经验；

Experience in retail store management and promotion;

7. 具备书面或口语英语交流能力；

Ability to communicate in written or oral English;

8. 富有激情与责任心，善于思考和沟通，有较强的独立工作能力和团队合作精神。
