In your new role you will:

1、Provide 1st level support on MEMS sensors including HW and SW debugging sessions together with customer.

2、Provide technical training and supports to distributors, especially distributor FAEs.

3、Work with product lines to provide the best fitting IFX products & solutions by deep understanding of products and the applications in customers’ systems to meet customers’ design requirements and solve technical issues.

4、Collect the information of technical trends, new product needs and pain points in the market, work with product line to contribute to the product roadmap.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1、A degree in electrical engineering, electro mechanics, physics or a related field of study - ideally with a focus on sensor systems.

2、Ideally expertise for optical systems in AR HUD application or acoustic system in cockpit application.

3、At least 5+ years of relevant experience in the field of environmental sensing.

4、Strong customer orientation and understanding of target market and product requirements.

5、Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting based on customer support experience is must.

6、Fluency in spoken & written English and Chinese.
