职位介绍：

您将在日常故障排除、维修及翻新改造工程中提供基本的技术指导和监督，体现上海迪士尼度假区设施维护的高品质标准（主要关注供配电，照明和控制系统等）。您将领导十至二十个工程维修人员，负责各种设施日常的预防性维修及故障检修；建立工作日程表、排班和确定工作优先顺序；在日常的安全管理、法规遵守及工作效率管理过程中，培养高水平的团队协作精神。

工作内容：

• 指导员工进行设施的检查，维修和维护，如供配电系统，照明和控制系统等，确保设施正常的运行；

• 善于进行故障本质原因的分析以避免故障的发生，以及主动进行相应的改进措施；

• 对提供工程服务的施工单位及供应商进行有效管理；

• 诊断和修复故障的设备，提供预防性措施，建立设施维护档案，对新增设施建立维修和维护计划和相关流程；

• 负责第三方设施维护供应商的管理和监督，根据需要与行业和政府相关部门进行联系；

• 负责设施维护材料的采购和及时供应，向采购提供技术支持；

• 领导团队完成设施的预防性维护；

• 协助制定和遵守部门的年度工作计划及预算；

• 参与工程维修人员的招聘与培训；

• 领导和执行复杂的大型项目；

• 协调多个部门和供应商完成多个项目的实施；

• 完成部门领导安排的其它任务。

Engineering Service Manager, Facilities

Line of Business: Facilities and Operations Services

Location: Shanghai, China

Job Summary:

You will provide primary technical oversight and direction for the troubleshooting, repair, refurbishment, and show quality of Shanghai Disney Resort Facilities Assets (mainly focus on power distribution systems, Lighting system and motor control system). You will provide leadership to approximately 10-20 technicians performing daily preventative and corrective maintenance on a variety of facilities; establish work schedules, shift assignment and work prioritization; develop a high level of teamwork and cooperation while managing safety, regulatory compliance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a visible commitment to safety;

• Provide guidance, technical support and management to subordinates;

• Establish work schedules, shift assignment and work prioritization;

• Guide the technicians to conduct inspection, repair and maintenance on facilities like power distribution equipment, lighting, motor control system and so on, and make sure the equipment runs properly;

• Be good at analyzing the essential causes of faults to avoid the occurrence of faults, and take the initiative to take corresponding improvement measures;

• Effective management of contractors and suppliers providing engineering services;

• Diagnose electrical defect, provide preventative measures, create electrical system documents archive and maintenance history data; create working procedure for newly added power distribution equipment, lighting and motor control unit repair and inspection;

• Manage and oversee the third party vendor performance, and build good relationship with related government department;

• Manage equipment maintenance service supplier for conducting inspection, maintenance and repair for the equipment or facilities, provide technical support to sourcing and buyer;

• Lead a group of electrician and control technician to conduct preventive maintenance activities;

• Assist in the creation and adherence to the departmental Annual Operating Budget planning;

• Participate in the recruitment, hiring and training of maintenance staff;

• Lead complex and big project;

• Have ability to coordinate with partners and lead vendors implement various projects;

• Complete other assignments as required by manager.

• 有较强的书面和口头沟通能力（中文流利，有英语能力的优先考虑）；

• 具备优秀的人际交往技巧（合作，指导，培训等）；

• 作为决策人，在有限的时间范围内有能力处理多个任务；

• 具备较强的对客服务意识；

• 熟悉相关法律，法规和特种设备规定；

• 愿意在夜晚、假日、周末上班，根据需要适应各种班次。

Desired Qualifications:

• College degree or deep technical background in an Engineering discipline is required (Major in electrical or automation is preferred);

• 3 years’ or more experience in a leadership role; experience in a leadership role;

• Over 8 years’ relevant working experience in large scale property or management;

• Excellent electrical engineering background;

• Experience at Lock out Tag out procedure and process;

• Experience working in power distribution equipment maintenance environment with knowledge of maintenance work processes, trades, tools, equipment, etc.;

• Experience and knowledge of engineering maintenance cost management; knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), like Maximo;

• Demonstrated problem solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills;

• Able to read electrical engineering drawings and schematics;

• Able to develop management reports, accurately report information, and deliver projects on time;

• Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), CAD skills preferred;

• Ability to interact with various levels within the company (Front Line Maintenance Staff, Support Staff, Managers, Engineers, etc.);

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Chinese required; English preferred);

• Good communication skill and relationship with partners (cooperation, guide, coaching, etc.);

• Proven decision-maker with the ability to handle multiple tasks while under time constraints;

• Good service intent;

• Familiar with the relevant laws, regulations and industry standards for special equipment;

• Can be flexible to work night and weekend shifts
