• Is constantly up-to-date regarding fashion trends, knows and monitors competitors.

• Manages sales and optimizes each step of the sales process:
管理销售流程以促进各个环节最优化。
- Welcomes and recognizes regular customers
对顾客表示欢迎,并熟悉经常光顾的顾客。
- Understands the customer’s needs, both expressed and hidden.
了解顾客需求,包括潜在要求。
- Presents and values the product range.
向顾客展示货品,最大化体现货品价值。
- Describes, recommends and highlights the benefits of the products proposition, according to the customer needs.
根据顾客的特定需求进行货品展示,推荐和强调货品的好处。
- Checks customer requirements while the product is tried on and responds to any further requests.
当试穿、试用货品时,确认顾客的需求,并对顾客的进一步要求做出回应。
- Boost cross selling and additional sales.
推动连带销售。
- Ensures customer loyalty and that all the data on the Customer Card are registered on the CRM.
确保收集顾客信息并输入数据库,确保客户忠诚度。
- Accompanies the customer to the cash counter, prepares the packaging and, if necessary, manages the payment.
陪伴顾客至收银台并准备货品的包装, 如果需要的话负责收款。
- Thanks the customer, goes along the customer to the exit, says goodbye and replaces the item sold( if on the display).
向顾客致谢,并送其离店, 在卖场上补充已卖货品(如果要展出)。

Customer management and CRM
客户关系管理
• Knows how to create and consult the customer’s profile.
了解如何创建并查询客户档案。
• Ensures that the after-sale service is carried out with the same spirit as the sale, following company standards in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty in order to promote the Brand image.
确保售前售后的服务水平一致并符合公司要求,以维护客户满意度和忠诚度,推广品牌形象。
• Deals with complaints, eventually with the manager’ support.
处理客户投诉,在必要情况下寻求经理的帮助。
• Takes full advantage of all contacts with customers in the Store to promote both the Brand and the Product.
充分利用顾客联系资料,对品牌和货品进行推广。
• Conveys all information collected about customers to the management.
向管理层传达顾客的所有相关信息。
• Follow-up customer requests.
跟进顾客需求。
• Manages his/her customers’ portfolio through the Client Book and the follow-up actions (e.g.: recalling, emailing, etc.)

Product
产品
• Attends all in-store product presentations (of all product categories).
参加所有的店内货品培训(所有部门)。
• Has an in-depth knowledge of all the products in the assigned Product category and is always up-to-date on the whole Product range in the Store.
对所在品类的所有货品有深入的了解和认知,并时刻更新店铺所有货品的知识。
• Forwards to Department Manager all the requests and feedback received from customers on the products.
向部门经理汇报顾客对货品提出的所有要求和反馈。
• Ensures the correct management (cleaning, care, replacement, etc.) of the products in the sector he/she is responsible for.
能够确保他/她所负责货品的正确管理(清洁,护理,更换等)。
Visual
视觉陈列
• Take care of product display in his/her department and points out any necessary correction to increase sales.
管理所在部门的货品陈列并且提出任何能够推进销售的改动意见。
Stockroom
库房
• Knows available products in stock in order to maximize sales.
了解所负责货品的库存情况以促进销售的最大化。
• Participates proactively in the year-end, sector and rotational stock take process by product category.
积极参与每日点数,月度抽盘,年中,年终盘点。
Thefts/losses
偷盗/损失
• Keeps the assigned position in order to prevent thefts, cooperating with his/her
colleagues if he/she needs to leave it.
确保站位以防失窃;并在需要离开时与同事合作确保卖场覆盖。
• Correctly performs the cycle counts and point out to his/her supervisor the possible discrepancies.
能够执行周期性的盘点,如有差异,及时向他/她的主管进行反馈。
• Promptly informs his/her direct supervisor of any loss.
对于任何损失立即通知直属上级。
