Job description:

1) Lead the S&OP process, coordinate with cross functions (commercial, marketing and controlling) to build up the demand driven forecast.

2) Contribute on the S&OP process continuous optimization to improve the forecast accuracy.

3) Manage procurement plan, ensure the validated forecasts are integrated in system. Exchanges with corporate planning team for the supply plan validation

4) Monitor supply status vs business requirement to ensure the health stock, alert business team on the SLOB and OOS;

5) Analyze the sales forecast accuracy, identify the root cause, and follow corresponding action plans.

6) Assist on the KPIs reporting as requested;

7) Ad hoc tasks

Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in supply chain will be appreciated

- Experiences in supply chain 2-5 years focus on demand planning, FMCG background is preferred;

- Effective communication skills and strong analytical ability;

- Detail oriented, organized, endurance and patience, ability to work cross- functionally & under pressure;

- Proficient Microsoft office skills;

- Good oral & written English, French will be a plus
