• Identify and manage purchase requisitions, gather information from internal customer to understand their specifications & business requirements and the overall value of the purchased products/services within the deadline.

• Source suppliers and negotiate price.

• Place PO on a daily basis following procurement process, assure all purchase requisitions to be completed within timeline and comply with technical Spec

• Track PO delivery status to ensure that all POs delivered on time and on quality, maintain all data traceable on all reports.

• Support for imported goods customs clearance, collect related documents and handle issues.

• Be responsible for supplier management for performance monitor and improvement

• Cost reduction to achieve the given targets

• Contract management

• 2+ years working experience with procurement background in big multinational company.

• Bachelor or above,fluent both in written and spoken English
