A. Accountabilities

- Facilitating training projects deployment in China (logistics, resources management, stakeholder management etc)

- Providing digital design solutions for Airbus Beyond’s local promotion and customer engagement

- Supporting Airbus Beyond China internal operations

B. Main activities

Support bilingual (English & Chinese) promotion through social media platforms

- Assist in managing WeChat account to for timely and well-designed posts ;

- Assist in designing Web-mails (html), posters, flyers for open courses or events;

- Assist in shooting and editing videos during training deployment

Coordinate training projects

- Be responsible for training logistics, including but not limited to printing, room reservation, catering and other supporting services

- Support the preparation of training materials and archive them properly

- Facilitate logistic arrangements for trainers such as booking shuttle bus and hotel

- Collect and keep a regular record of course feedback, and update the feedback system in a timely manner

- Support the trainer pool management and trainer assessment process

- Ensure logistic facilitation for customers or trainees wherever possible

- Update the database as requested

- Manage Airbus Beyond China stock and office supply

- Support training product communications (design, printing and distribution of flyers, catalogues, advertisements, and if possible in innovative ways to promote Airbus Beyond)

- Support team daily operations

Client related outputs

- Training Project Coordinator (TPC) performance meets designated KPIs

- On-time and on-quality delivery of training sessions

- WeChat subscribers, fancy WeChat posts and functions

Operational outputs

- TPC performance in China team meets designated KPIs

- Team work efficiency boosted

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above (in communication/ marketing/ a related field or equivalent background );

- Experience: aeronautical background preferred

- Basic Skills:

Software: Microsoft Office, Prezi, Photoshop & Premier;

Language: Fluency in spoken, written English and Mandarin

Understand and utilize emerging platforms and digital media, and web/social media management and measurement tools

- Soft Skills:

Team player and influencer

Good communication and negotiation skills, customer-centric mind-set, cross-culture awareness and strong presentation skills;

Strong multitask & priority management competence; detail-oriented, ability to management conflicts and changes

Technical Skills: data management and analysis; proven project management skills
