A. Account abilities:
Ø AOS fundamental bricks deployment support;
Ø Support e-TCF system operation, including:
Timely escalate when there are any incompliant or negative comments on training quality from customers
TCF monthly report issuance,
TCF investigation trigger and follow-up,
reflect issues and seek for solution from Qualtrics technical support team;
Ø Support examination surveillance of maintenance training;
Ø Maintain departmental KPI dashboard (Qlik, SQCDP…) updated;
Ø Administrative work, such as:
translation,
documentation delivery,
departmental event organization,
logistic support and etc.
B. Outputs
Financial Outputs
Ø Efficient approval process can reduce the waiting time after the instructor release and speed up the business delivery;
Operational Outputs
Ø Secure customer voice could be heard and delivered to the related functions for taking immediate actions;
TCF monthly report
TCF investigation tracker weekly
Ø KPI dashboard updates
Ø TCF report, TCF investigation tracker follow up;
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor or above of Aviation or Engineering are preferred.
• Experience: internship experience is a plus
• Basic Skills: Microsoft Office (word, excel, ppt…), G-Suite, fluent in English speaking, writing, reading and mandarin communication;
Ability:
• Soft Skills: self-study skills, communication skills, self-motivation, self-initiative cooperative;
• Technical Skills: Quality related is preferable
