Accountabilities:

· To provide supports to Maintenance Training on Exam, instructor proficiency, training standardization, TSAR, courseware EIS, development, certificates and training records.

· To assist management for smooth maintenance department operation under EASA/CAAC and Airbus training regulation.

· Maintenance Training Document Management

1. Support to manage Maintenance Training preparation, completion, training dossier and certificates

2. Support ACSUM/ ACSUQ for EASA / CAAC / Airbus / Other authorities’ audit.

· Maintenance Training Business Development

1. Support new business project like e-learning, tablet study, transfer of knowledge on distance learning platform, website construction within maintenance domain.

2. Support handling inquiries for entity related information and internal process.

· Office Administration Management

1. Support to manage all administrative support and logistic support within Maintenance Training department.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor or Master study in business, management or aviation

• Experience: Prefer aviation, commercial or English background

• Basic Skills: English
