1.Manage the day to day running of section, the work planning and the communication with the customer.

2.Work as part of the Innovation Design and Development team, developing complete seats and components.

3.Coordinate the input of data into computer.

4.Use Faurecia tools to manage and control the section.

5.Produce BOMs of complete seats and component assemblies. Check and approve Change control documents and DFMEA.

6.Work with all sections of our business and suppliers to ensure accurate data and information transfer is achieved.

7.Manage a team of Design Engineers.

8.Participate to meetings with the customers, the program team and the suppliers.

9.Ensure the approval of development according to functional risk and operations.

10.Ensure the financial feasibilities of the development.

1.Minimum education level: Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer

2.Experience :

Good English Capability;

Proactive for innovative products development;

Good coordination and communication skill;

At least 1 complete CS project experience.

Good know in CS architecture, regulation, design rules, process, validation, etc;

Frame/Component knowledge is a plus

Original design experience.
