1. Achieve the assigned sales objectives, focus on selling products in Biopharma industry in East China area with professional knowledge of products and

through understanding of customer applications.

2. Increase sales and prioritize the opportunities on an account-by-account basis to obtain optimum sales result.

3. Work with DSM to implement the marketing plan and actions.

4. Maintain close relationship and provide professional services to the customers and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Collect, update and analyze market information and customer records, identify customer needs and monitor competitor activities.

6. Implement marketing and sales strategies, develop new customers and business opportunities by cooperation with marketing and sales teams.

7. Manage and optimize current channel including distributors and dealers, develop new channels to raise the coverage of target customers.

8. Take and follow up sales orders, arrange internal sales logistics, collect account receivables by cooperation with other relevant functional departments.

9. Accept EHS training to comply with all EHS rules and take the responsibilities for accident report and assigned EHS action.

1. Bachelor Degree in Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology or related disciplines.

2. Must have more than 2 years’ experience in Sales as value added or technical experience in Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing or Biotechnology Company.

3. Good presentation skills, computer skills in Microsoft office and communication technology.

4. Good verbal and written communication skills in mandarin and English.

5. High energy, teamwork, self-motivated.

6. Willingness to travel.
