职位描述
Job Objective
- Plan and place people resources for manufacturing plant operations, lead people management process with operation partner, acquire and develop industry talent, support business partner to achieve operational goals and targets;
Job Description
1. Understand well plant operation, deeply involved in operation excellence programs;
2. Prepare headcount plan in short term and mid-term based on operational planning;
3. Analyze resources needs, build up recruitment plan and follow up;
4. Monitor people placement and movement, ensure human resources availability in operation
5. Work on job analysis, identify the job priorities in the plant, evaluate people skill and competence, build up skill matrix for different levels;
6. Initiate training needs analysis, build up training plan and follow up with operations to ensure the resources effectiveness & qualification;
7. Review and improve incentive plan to support business on people retention and motivation;
8. Drive performance review, people review, prepare succession plan for people career and people development;
9. Build up manufacturing talent pool, develop them with clear career planning;
10. Be pro-active to communicate business culture in the plant, drive culture influence and changes;
11. Support operation leaders to manage employee relation and employee conflicts;
12. Be available for company and HR policy consultation, build an open dialogue with employees;
13. Be able to challenge the organizational structure of the business, anticipate the changes, identify gaps, propose and implement the actions with operation leaders;
14. Lead the change management and manage the HR related internal and external communication;
15. Co-work with other HR functions to develop the HR policy and procedures.
任职条件
Job Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor Degree and above;
2. More than 6 year related work experience in middle and large manufactory
3. Language: Fluent in English (oral & written);
4. Computer skill: Familiar with Ms office
5. Knowledge of PRC labor laws, policies and practices
6. Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
7. Autonomous, Proactive, working under pressure
8. Good communication, negotiation, coordination, interpersonal and organization skills
9. Strong sense of confidentiality
10. Dynamic and Initiative, open and good capability to learn
