POSITION SUMMARY
Acting as customer service contact window in plant to assist the sales department in data collection, maintenance and reporting, organizing sales events and activities organization, and provide daily administrative support to the sales department, etc.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Organize Sales LRP update maintain database in the ERP system.
2. Assist Account Managers for market analysis including monthly production and sales tracking.
3. Work with plant logistics and finance for monthly forecast.
4. Support organizing the sales events and marketing activities such as Tech Day and Auto Show.
5. Support customer service/management initiatives such as customer satisfaction survey and follow up, prototype delivery and tracking, customer contract management, customer audit coordination.
6. Other administrative support for Sales department.
Key Requirements:
1. Have a good command of English Skills.
2. Familiar with Microsoft Excel, PPT.
3. Have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills and coordination skill.
4. Strong work enthusiasm and proactive service awareness.
