- Lead the development and management of Supplier Quality methodology in multiple suppliers in China including quality audit, training, inspection to drive supplier improvement.

- Participate or lead projects development to satisfy customer’s requirement

- To keep close watch on supplier’s performance to meet PAM’s requirement in terms of related specification and standards, to execute finish product inspection as well as quality process audit on suppliers site based on projects requirement.

- Take leading role in product onsite inspection to achieve quality objective - zero quality defect on delivered products.

- Summarize the root cause of problems found in inspection and communicate with suppliers to make improvement plan and follow up the implementation of corrective actions.

- Evaluate supplier performance by using key performance indicators (KPI) and communicate the appraisal result with Sourcing Manager

- Work with internal customers & team members together to define Quality Control Plan for product onsite inspection, and review/modify QCP regularly to avoid any quality risk.

- Other temporary work assigned by Supervisor

- Bachelor or above, Mechanical Engineering or related education

- Over 2 years of experiences in SQE or SDE field, proficient in using various quality analysis tools, such as 8D report.

- Rich project management experiences, PMP certification is preferred.

- Must be proficient both in oral and written English, French is a plus.

- Team player with efficiency and end-to end work attitude

- Good communication skill to drive others accountable and capable of solving problem independently
