Job Objective工作目标:

The role takes charge of IT overall management in Saint-Gobain Sekurit China, including IT infrastructure and Applications service, leading solutions deployment via working together with delegation IT teams, Global Competency Centres or vendors. He/ she is fully responsible to IT assets, IT budget and project portfolio, business demands analysis and IT related communications

Job Responsibilities工作职责:

Business Relationship and Requests Management

- Develop a privileged, close and regular relationship with business

- Understand, capture business demands, pain points and expectations

- Seeking for value-added IT service or solution to support and drive business growth and efficiency.

- Share best practices, new IT technologies and evolution to Sekurit China

- Collect voice of customer / business for IT capability and service improvement

- Being the central point of communication in case of a major crisis

- Closely working with Region IT team and Sector IT for any co-projects or assistance

Project Management and solutions delivery

- Initiate and Manage IT projects or programs in Sekurit China

- Manage project portfolio close aligned with business priorities, strategy and objectives

Budget and IT Assets Management

- Plan, Manage and Control IT Budget, regular review IT OPEX and CAPEX, ensure good IT cost position

- Manage the full life-cycle of IT Assets in Sekurit China, including Assets request, onboarding, stock taking, retirement…etc.

- Compliant with Global and Regional standard on IT hardware and software.

Operations

- Consistent IT daily service via Collaborating with USS and OSI IT engineers

- Be able to lead and coordinate a task force to solve operational problems

Job Requirements其他工作要求:

Education background教育背景（学历、专业）: Bachelor degree as must, Master is prefer

Working experience工作经验（年数、行业）: At least10 years in IT areas, including 5 years’ IT management experience

Professional Skill专业技能要求：

Language Skill 语言能力：English is a must

Personality 个性要求: Passion to work; strong execution ability; good communication skills; Customer and result oriented
