1. Work with AE team on product concept design, new project budget evaluation and prototype manufacturing.

2. Fulfill the internal manufacturing drawing based on the customer drawing.

3. Deliver the process documents (SOP,FMEA, flow chart,etc) per GMP requirement.

4. Coordinate with other functions to ensure the new product launch per NPI procedure.

5. QAD(ERP) system maintenance including BOM and Routine.

6. Be responsible of the machine OQ validation and process OQ validation.

7. Lead the continuous improvement projects for high quality and on-time delivery.

1. Good skill on English (Speaking, writing, listening) .

2. Good project management skill.

3. Biopharm or Medial industry is preferred.
