职位描述
1. Apply the open positions in hiring portal, and update the status till the employee on board.
2. Know well about the business hiring needs.
3. Search good candidates from all kinds of channels efficiently.
4. Make good use of the assessment tools to evaluated the candidates, and recommend to dept.
5. Arrange the interview for business.
6. Integrate the new employee program, make it systemically, and improve it continuously.
7. Set up and improve all recruitment related policy and procedure.
8. Follow up the new employee integration procedure, and also their whole career period.
9. Update the procedure for improvement every year.
10. Support for HR related programs
11. The other tasks assigned by supervisor.
EHS:
12.Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases and TF4/TF5; and ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline.
任职条件
1. Bachelor degree and above;
2. 3 years or above working experience in Recruitment or 5 year’s experiences in human resources fields;
3. Good English Skill in written and reading;
4. Familiar with China Labor Law and local regulation;
5. Team work player with good communication skill;
6. MS office software (EXCEL, PPT) is must.
