1. Quotation analysis and comparison.

2. Sourcing project follow-up (from inquiry, negotiation, contacting, production, commissioning and delivery), monitor supplier performance.

3. Follow up supplier’s after service.

4. Follow up sales forecast and production schedule change closely, and make sure goods arrive on time with right quantity and good quality.

5. Control inventory to corporate required level.

6. Market study, potential supplier selection.

7. Supplier communication and negotiations.

EHS：

8. Total comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules.

9. Attend EHS training, participate in site EHS activities and promote EHS requirements. Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases and TF4/TF5; and ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline.

10. Check historical EHS Records for the suppliers or potential suppliers.

1. Education: Bachelor degree

2. Language : English: CET-4 or above

3. Computer skill: Excellence in MS Office.

4. Work experience: More than 3 years related experience.

5. Others to be specified: Ensure a good sourcing administration; Strong communication and project management skills with professional personality; Take initiatives; Good time management and well organized.; Team player and strong sense of responsibility; Experience in project management.
