职位描述
1. Collect customer forecast and transfer to internal dept.
2. Receiving order from customers and inform related departments.
3. Coordinating with customer about order confirmation, shipping request etc.
4. Coordinating with other relevant teams (logistics, development, purchasing , quality, production…) to fulfill mass production, prototype and return delivery.
5. Follow up the completion of orders until invoicing. (shipment arrangement, documents preparation, order & delivery processing, billing & invoicing).
6. Receiving customer complain and feedback the measurements to customer. Response to customer inquiries with accuracy and in a timely manner.
7. Good communication with customer for any requirements.
8. Coordinating with logistics for imported materials and relevant information transfer.
9. Total comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules.
10. Attend EHS training, participate in site EHS activities and promote EHS requirements.
任职条件
1. Education: Bachelor degree
2. Language : English: CET-4 or above
3. Computer skill: Excellence in MS Office.
4. Work experience: More than 3 years related experience.
5. Others to be specified: Good communication skills with cheerful personality;Good time management and well organized;Team player and strong sense of responsibility;Take initiatives;Carefully enough. Data analysis.
