2. Provides technical assistance to customers through phone interaction, email or direct visits

3. Support sales team offering engineering solutions and sales tools like catalog and etc.

4. Coordinate with oversea colleagues for worldwide projects, new material/application/technologies

5. Coordinate with sales on customer new projects/applications for detail technical information

6. Lead feasibility study for new projects

7. Product design for new opportunities

E.g. application analysis, Life time estimation, material selection, sizing trials, assembly job advises, torque measurement, wear

analysis, and etc.

8. Initial products cost estimates

9. Samples arrangement and coordinate with manufacturing team for customers’ trial

10. Coordinate application tests with R&D testing rigs

11. Coordinate customer projects with other departments

12. Lead customer projects and assist in the new products development and the transition to PPAP/routine production

13. Participate in self-development and training of others

1. BS or Master degree of mechanical engineering or related major.

2. At least 2-3 years relative working experience, knowledge in auto application is preferred.

3. Excellent project management skills.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Team spirit and good communication skills.

6. Good English communication level in both writing and speaking.

7. Good time and priority management.

8. Willing to take pressure and self-motivated.

9. Research and problem solving skills.

10. Familiar with AUTOCAD, Solid Works skill is preferred.
