Job Objective工作目标:

•Internal: As system design engineer, in charge of proposing/ executing/validating the complete design of innovative products, including electronic, optical parts and glazing, confirm the project inputs, define the product components.

• External: Product feasibility analysis, product design, and communication directly with both customers and suppliers.

Job Responsibilities工作职责:

•System design engineer job responsibilities:

◦Conduct the initial product design analysis from customer before official project nomination (RFI/RFQ), report any risks related to the design requested by the customer

◦Regularly review with suppliers about BOM, mechanic and optical design, DVP, and timing plan, for interior lighting application or other active glazing application

◦Conduct the product design job for new nominated projects (LED, connectors), define the specifications of product components, ensure design robustness/ reliability and minimize the overall project risk

◦Communication with customers until the agreement from customer and the whole DVP passed

◦Manage design rules, lessons learnt and best practices, for all electronic and optical products design.

◦Follow market trends, competitors move, and propose innovations to support the long term growth of active glazing system business.

◦Cooperate with purchasing, project, planning, production, quality team during development

◦Follow Saint-Gobain rules in terms of 5 attitudes, compliance, EHS & 5S tasks

Job Requirements工作要求

•Education学历: Bachelor degree or above in Electronic or Optoelectronic or related fields

•Language语言: English: CET-6 or above

•Professional Skills专业技能:

•CAD/CAM skill (Catia, UG, or Rhino, AutoCAD, …)

•MS Office application skills

•Work experience工作经验: Over 5 years of related experience.
