1. As a Project Manager (focus on Change management, Talent development, upgrade associates, optimize club structure and HR related projects) to support business leaders and teams achieving their goals.
2. Support the talent agenda including workforce planning, talent acquisition, career development and succession planning to ensure strong talent pipeline for the respective organizations.
3. Provide guidance for performance feedback, employee development, and performance management and enhance individual and team performance.
4. Support organization design and development for specific functional needs.
5. Ensure the execution and delivery of HR operational activities in effective and efficient manner.
6. Support improvement opportunities and implementation of enhancements to drive change management and improved levels of operation capability and performance.
7. Communicate and gather support from other HR functions with their expertise in areas like training, development, talent acquisition, C&B, performance management, policies and internal communication etc.
8. Assist the division on organization design and workforce planning of respective business function and build up sustainable organization for business growth
9. Manage on-boarding process by working with other HR functions for required documentation and delivering HR orientation to new hires, coordinate internal transfer process and participate in line manager interviews per needs.
