1. Work with other stakeholders to create and update E-commerce operation related policy and process;

2. Work with HOT team to provide corresponding training to e-commerce associates and ensure all SOPs are executed fully ;

3. Work with ISD team to ensure the normal operation of all systems and help e-commerce associates to solve system related problem;

4. Work with ISM for better in-store consumables/packing materials procurement

5. Coordinate with other team members to improve e-commerce operation efficiency and services level;

7. In-store EC area proto design

8. Leverage and synergy between difference work streams

9. Dada collaboration for process enhancement

10. Other works assign by direct manager if necessary

11. Complete E-commerce operation related report, including JDDJ, Depot, GHS Mini Program and 3 lines report;
