1. Collaborate with Marketing to create event calendar for merchants, to include festivals, events, member seasonality themes, etc.
与市场营销团队紧密合作,依据市场情况,制定全年大事记推广计划,包括重要节日推广,主题活动推广,以及关涉会员的季节性主题推广等。
2. Develop guidelines for feature planning, events, programs, such as passport, MC, major
launches, VPI, etc.
梳理主推产品推广,活动推广,项目活动等事项的流程,制定相关纲领性指导文件,如:彩页,新品上市等。
3. Align with GMM’s on proposed overall feature space allocation by season, including First Features, Checkout Features, 150 features, Big Bets to align with festivals/events/major
launches etc.
根据不同时节,节日,以及主题,与商品总经理共同讨论制定主推商品陈列位置,
包括商品墙,收银台陈列, big bets等。
4. Align with Central Operations and analytics team to monitor execution & performance of overall feature space & events with follow-up process in place.
通过与营运,成本分析团队紧密合作,跟进所有主推商品的陈列及推广执行情况,跟进大型节庆推广等活动的执行情况,并通过持续监测相应市场反馈,销售表现等,分析制定相应整改提升措施。
5. Attend line review to collaborate with merchant on category strategy, new launches and item seasonality
参与采购团队选品会议,协助采购团队制定相应的品类营销策略,新品推广策略以及商品季节性策略。
6. Provide item messages/stories to marketing team to ensure proper messaging to member
跟进商品卖点及故事至市场营销团队,以确保相应信息准确传达至会员。
7. Collaborate and support merchants with marketing planning on item activities, assortment planning, and basics incl. selling points, package, EC activities, PDQ, booklets, etc.
为采购团队提供专业指导及支持:包括商品市场推广计划的制定,品类涵盖商品数的落实,以及基础采购运作支持,比如如何落实商品卖点,包装,电商推广,PDQ,以及商品手册制定等。
8. Organize and support meetings and events for internal communication
协调组织上述事宜及其他相关事宜的内部沟通会
