1. Facilitate and coordinate with cross functions on feature and event planning including category buyers, support functions (replenishment, pricing, BI), marketing and operations – 60% of time
2. Tracking of feature activities execution – 10% of time
3. Produce and distribute activity reports according to aligned requirements and timelines – 10% of time
4. Organize and support meetings and events for internal communication – 10% of time
5. Support new clubs opening – 10% of time
1. 3 years of relevant retail / planning / trade marketing / project management experience
2. Attention to detail and agility to multi-tasking within deadlines are critical
3. Proficiency in MS Office (mainly Excel) is definitely an advantage
4. Written and oral English is needed
5. Immediately available preferred
