· Handle full set of shipping and I/E documents

· Coordinate with overseas office, forwarders, agencies and internal departments for inbound, outbound and local shipment arrangement

· Apply government license if necessary

· Advice overseas office and internal departments about I/E license requirement

· Assist in inventory control matters

· Ensure all reports and documents are properly issued and filed as well as the systems are properly updated

· Assist Logistics Manager in improving the Company distribution procedures

- Bachelor degree, and major in logistics.

- Perfect English skills, included in reading, writing and speaking.

- Graduating student is preferred.
