1.Technical leader for new program pursuit to meet revenue plan, including customer specification review, design proposal with technical strategy alignment, cost review, etc.

2.Design responsible for product design & specification definition, design review & validation, and design release to meet program launch target (safety, quality, cost & delivery), including DFMEA/BOM/drawing/specification/etc.

3.Lead problem solving for product design issues to meet program launch milestone on time.

4.Provide product engineering expertise to support supplier development, manufacturing process development, and customer requests.

5.Perform as customer technical liaison to support program flawless launch.

6.Accept other job responsibilities as required by Supervisor.

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering, or vehicle engineering, or mechatronics engineering, etc.

2.Professional on both design & process of mechanical components.

3. Able to skillfully read product prints, including a good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

4. Able to understand and apply design standards and tools, such as DFMEA, DOE and SPC etc.

5. Good personal communication skills with customer/supplier as well as internal colleagues.

6. Demonstrated knowledge of assigned Steering products.

7. Skilled in problem solving and eroot cause analysis.

8.Engineering Master Degree preferred.

9. Able to interpret and information quickly and effectively.

10. Good English ability on both speaking & writing"
