Purpose of Position:

To ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency(in service and productivity) by executing the FedEx Way of operation that is reflective of the People-Service-Profit(PSP) culture.

Technical Expertise:

1. Good numerical reasoning ability.

2. Knowledge of FedEx's and/or other service operations.

3. Ability to read, write and speak English, if fisrt language of country is not English.(Standlized test results may be required for certain countries)

4. Excellent driving record (if applicable)

Job Minimum Requirement:

1.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

2.Five (5) years business experience, preferably in transportation service or air cargo industry.

3.Management experience preferred.

4.Customs clearance experience will be preferred

5.Valid driver's license (applies to all except Customer Clearance Manager).
