Responsibilities
1. Manage projects related to customer experience design
2. Conduct analysis of customer experience, including both traditional and digital channels, identify customer pain-points and recommend improvement
3. Align with stakeholders across multiple departments to implement improvement of customer experience
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in a quantitative analysis field (Statistic, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, etc)
2. Proven experience in using web analytics platforms and enterprise grade analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, etc); Good experience with SQL or other data query language/tool
3. At least 1-2 years’ working experience in Project Management; Strong business acumen and ability to understand business problems and provide recommendation
4. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders and business partner across the organization and at various levels
5. Able to work independently and within a collaborative environment
