岗位职责：

1.Plant maintenance system .

Design and implement an effective plant maintenance system to ensure plant machinery in good working condition at all times, minimal machine downtime and optimal machinery running costs。

Engineering Maintenance cost.

Preventive maintenance / Machine down time .

2.Develop and sustain good engineering practices in the plant

Energy (Diesel oil,, electricity ,Water)optimization

Statutory compliance- WWT effluents

Design and lead a plant safety in good and health condition.

Provide uninterrupted utilities to the plant.

Decrease E&M cost by spare parts localization and optimistically Using

Standard Operating Procedures .

3.CAPEX and project management.

Planning and implementation within Plan of annual CAPEX.

4.Functional strategic plan and KPI targets.

5. Champion and embed GCS understanding, control, ownership and execution within GCR to achieve an effective audit rating.

6.Be responsible for the equipment automation in the intelligent manufacturing.

1.Bachelor degree ,major in engineering related field

2.At least 3 – 5 years of operations experience in an FMCG /food industry

3.Experience of handling automated (PLC) machines. 

4.Experience of safety management in plant

5.Project implementation experience

6.Business English language capability excellent

7.Excellent in office software including project
