About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our HR team in Shanghai. This pivotal role will be instrumental in fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture. This role will drive impactful employee engagement initiatives, foster employee labor relationships and provide HR coordination and support, contributing directly to our organization success and employee well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement
•Develop, implement, and manage Ford China employee engagement programs, events, and activities in all locations that boost morale, foster a strong sense of community, and align with the company's values and strategic objectives.
•Conduct and analyze employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and other channels to identify engagement trends, areas for improvement, and actionable insights.
•Support employee recognition including long-service awards, Employee of the Year recognition events, and etc.
•Contribute to the development of initiatives promoting employee well-being, collaborating with cross functional teams.
Labor Relationship Related Initiatives
•Act as a primary point of contact and support for labor relationship matters under Supervision of HR Director.
•Support labor relationship related activity planning, execution, effective communication and collaboration across different key stakeholders.
•All labor relation file filing and Annual File review.
Other HR Support and Administration Work as Required.
•Bachelor's degree and above.
•3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee engagement, employee relations, or internal communications.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
•Be passionate about creation, learning new things and self-motivated and be emotionally resilient
•Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PPT)
•Skillset in new technology tools, including LMM. AI etc. is highly preferred.
