- Job Description Summary
- Design and develop software products for the vehicle functions and data management (networks, avionics and open platforms) matching the required safety, quality and performance levels according to Airbus systems engineering processes and the needs of our customers.

- Accountabilities
- Focus on software development activities to support product development, feasibility study for manufacturing innovation, cabin & connectivity, techlab, sustainability.
- Follow and contribute to the software development process to ensure built-in quality.
- Main activities
- Requirement Engineering
- Cooperate with project managers to break down product/ system requirements to software requirements, ensuring traceability.
- Software Design
- Adapt state of art tools to complete software design, including the architecture design, software module detailed design, use cases with sequence diagrams.
- Software Implementation
- Perform solid software coding to ensure feature completion and quality, necessary code review, static/ dynamic scanning should be conducted and corrected.
- Integration and Testing
- Perform necessary software testing, including unit test, integration test, system verification to ensure quality of delivery.
- Technical Consulting
- Provide professional consulting services to the project team in the activities like: technical requirements to supplier, technical evaluation of supplier’s solution proposal, acceptance test
- Outputs
- Software technical requirements in SoW to clearly define the work packages requirements of suppliers in the out-sourcing projects.
- Software design specification, including high level design, architecture design, detailed design with use cases and sequence diagrams to clarify software development scope and instruct software implementation.
- High quality software implementation: coding with efficiency, security, robustness…
- Software test execution and report, including unit test, integration test and system verification.
- Technical evaluation report of suppliers’ technical proposals in out-sourcing projects.
- Feasibility study report in the PoC projects.
- Input
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, e.g Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering…
- Experienced with model based software development, with modelling language: UML/ SysML
- Familiar with web front technologies, experience with VUE, with a solid understanding of HTTP protocols, micro services architectures, REST API, Swagger.
- With minimum 5 years software development experience in C/ C++, python
- Proven experience in full life cycle product development, in areas of Computer Vision/ Deep Learning applications/ products, industrial automation solutions…
- Experience with web development techniques(java, microservice, database…) is a plus
- Experience with state-of-art DevOps tool, e.g JIRA, Jenkins, github
- Ability
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, Innovative thinking and acting, result-orientation, ownership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
- Language Skills: Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
