1. Strategy Development:

- Collaborate with the Category Director to define and execute annual trade marketing plans for the potato chips category.

- Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance shelf presence.

- Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly.

2. Promotional Execution:

- Oversee the development and execution of promotional materials, including POS displays, in-store signage, and digital marketing assets.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective implementation of promotional campaigns and track results.

- Analyze post-promotion performance to measure effectiveness and provide insights for future campaigns.

3. Budget Management:

- Manage trade marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

- Prepare and present budget forecasts, monthly reports, and analysis of trade spending effectiveness to senior management.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with the sales, marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.

- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive category growth and innovation.

任职条件

-Minimum 10 years working experience in marketing or trade marketing or sales in multi-national company, experience in food and beverage industry is preferred

-Strong analytical, strategic and logical thinking skills

-Strong leadership, esp. lead cross functional work.
