About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic HRIS Intern to join our HR Information System team. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR systems, processes, and services within a multinational corporate environment. You will play a role in maintaining our SAP system, supporting HR operations, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
HR System Management
- Maintain and update data in SAP HR system with high accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in executing standard HR operational processes.
Research
- Collect HR market research and benchmark data collection on industry trends, compensation practices, and best practices
- Compile and analyze findings into comprehensive summary reports for management review
Employee Engagement
- Edit and produce celebration videos for company milestones, employee recognition events, and cultural activities
- Support internal engagement by creating engaging multimedia content
- Volunteer and provide logistical support for corporate events, team building activities, and employee wellness programs
- Act as a cheerful ambassador for company culture initiatives
Requirements
- Basic understanding of HR processes and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Video editing skills with creative flair.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Availability to commit to above 6 months internship duration.
