1. 全自动冲切及折弯设备、激光、冲床编程。

1.Programming for fully automatic Shear-Punch-Bending machine, Laser cutting and Punch equipment.

2. 钣金废料率优化，从编程角度协助提高生产效率及设备利用率。

2.Optimize the scrap rate of sheet metal, and assist in improving production efficiency and equipment utilization from the perspective of programming.

3. 协助信息流及物料流优化。

3.Assist in optimizing the information flow and material flow.

4. 日常的生产工单支持及问题解决与优化。

4.Provide daily support for production work orders and solve problems and optimize.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

面向于BAC大连工厂，高效完成钣金加工编程任务，并驱动改善：

For BAC Dalian factory, efficiently complete the programming tasks of sheet metal processing and drive improvements.

• 根据客户需求的产品特殊配置文件编排钣金加工程序，及时提供钢板原材料采购需求，保证生产不间断运作。

• Arrange sheet metal processing programs according to the special configuration files of products required by customers, provide the procurement demand of steel plate raw materials in a timely manner to ensure the continuous operation of production.

• 优化原材料规格、程序、排板，协助生产进行合理的物料管理以持续降低钣金废料率。

• Optimize the specifications of raw materials, programs and nesting, assist production in reasonable material management to continuously reduce the scrap rate of sheet metal.

• 从编程角度参与生产效率的提高，以及设备OEE的持续提升。

• Participate in improving production efficiency and continuously improve the OEE of equipment from the perspective of programming.

• 协助信息系统中的信息准确性改善，车间信息流及物料流的优化。

• Assist in improving the accuracy of information in the information system and optimizing the information flow and material flow in the workshop.

日常的生产工单支持，及问题解决与优化：

Daily support for production work orders, and problem-solving and optimization:

• 制作及准备生产相关的工艺文件，包括但不限于图纸，文档，工单，零件标示标签等以准确保证满足生产信息需求。

• Prepare production-related process documents, including but not limited to drawings, documents, work orders, part marking labels, etc. to accurately meet the production information needs.

• 部分PDF图纸的3D转化，文件及记录的管理。

• Convert some PDF drawings into 3D models, manage files and records.

• 辅助设计生产工艺所需工装夹具。

• Assist in designing fixtures required for the production process.

• 良好完成部门分配的其它任务，与部门其他成员协力完成部门绩效。

• Successfully complete other tasks assigned by the department and cooperate with other members of the department to complete the department's performance.

• 具备良好的机械原理与机械制图相关专业知识，熟练使用Inventor、AutoCAD等3D与2D制图软件。

• Have good professional knowledge related to mechanical principles and mechanical drawing, and be proficient in using 3D and 2D drawing software such as Inventor and AutoCAD.

• 熟练掌握钣金数控转塔冲床套裁加工编程、钣金折弯设备数控编程，熟练使用RADAN等相关编程软件，Tulus、NC Express、Bysoft7相关技能优先。

• Have a proficient command of programming for nested processing of sheet metal CNC turret Punch and CNC programming for sheet metal bending equipment, and be proficient in using relevant programming software such as RADAN. Skills related to Tulus, NC Express and Bysoft7 are preferred.

• 熟悉SAP等ERP系统操作，能够采集数据分析结果并驱动优化，流程思维。

• Be familiar with the operation of ERP systems such as SAP, be able to collect data analysis results and drive optimization, and have process thinking.

• 熟练英语口语交流及听读说写能力。

• Have proficient oral English communication skills and abilities in listening, reading, speaking and writing.

• 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件。

• Be proficient in using Microsoft Office office software.

Education / Experience Requirements:

• 大专及以上学历，机械相关专业。

• Have a college degree or above in mechanical-related majors.

• 3年及以上钣金折弯、数控转塔冲床套裁编程经验，Prima钣金设备编程经验优先。

• 3 years or more of programming experience for sheet metal bending and nesting of CNC turret Punch. Programming experience for Prima sheet metal equipment is preferred.

• 具有3D及2D机械制图经验。

• Experience in 3D and 2D mechanical drawing.

• SAP系统使用经验。

• Experience in using the SAP system.

• 具备负责改善项目的经验优先。

• Experience in being responsible for improvement projects is preferred.
