Responsibilities

• Work with global team for electric machine electromagnetic design and development;

• Lead engineering evaluation work on potential cost down regarding motor material, new design, and all related;

• Lead issue resolutions for CAF & global plants including program deliverables, current model quality technical resolution, launch issues, etc.

• Support the motor localization program deliverables.

• Perform D&R roles for on-going programs in the region (Sourcing/DV/PV/Launch /Quality, etc.)

• Lead competitor's product benchmark to better understand local market technical trend;

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent

• Good communication skills both in English and Chinese

• At least 3 years working experience in relevant area in other OEM or supplier

• Strong cross functional collaboration experience

• Ability to work on multiple projects at once
