职位描述

I.Handle daily administrative affairs, including office environment maintenance, procurement of administrative supplies, travel booking, and expense reimbursement.

II.Assist in drafting, translating, and archiving Chinese and English documents, and coordinate cross-departmental distribution to ensure information accuracy and timeliness.

III.Organize and coordinate internal meetings, including issuing meeting notices, venue setup, equipment testing, material preparation, meeting minutes, and follow-up on action items.

IV.Manage fixed assets and office equipment, coordinate the procurement and distribution of office supplies across multiple locations.

V.Coordinate reception arrangements for key clients and partners, including itinerary planning, meeting scheduling, and business dinners, ensuring a professional company image.

VI.Plan and organize team-building activities, annual parties, and other major events/meetings.

VII.Support cross-departmental collaboration, optimize administrative processes, and improve operational efficiency across multiple sites.

VII.Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management and assist in handling emergencies.


1.负责日常行政事务,包括办公环境维护、行政物资采购、差旅预订、费用报销等; 

2.协助中英文文件起草、翻译、归档及跨部门传递,确保信息准确性和时效性; 

3.负责公司内部会议的组织和安排,包括会议通知、场地布置、设备调试、资料准备、会议记录及跟进决议执行;

4.管理公司固定资产及办公设备,协调多地办公用品的采购与分发; 

5.统筹公司重要客户及合作伙伴的来访接待,包括行程安排、会议安排、商务宴请等,确保体现公司专业形象; 

6.负责团建活动、年会等大型活动/会议的策划和组织; 

7.支持跨部门协作,优化行政流程,提升多地办公效率; 

8.完成领导交办的其他行政工作任务,协助处理突发事件。


任职条件

I. Educational Background

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Foreign Languages, Business Administration, Tourism Management, Sociology, or related fields.

II. Language & Technical Skills

  • CET-6 or equivalent, with basic conversational English skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

III. Internship Experience

  • Internship experience in administrative roles is preferred.

1.教育背景

  • 本科或硕士学历,外语、行政管理、旅游管理、社会学等相关专业

2.英语及专业技能

  • 大学英语六级,具备一定的口语交流能力
  • 熟练掌握 Office 办公软件(Excel / PPT / Word)

3.实习经验

  • 有相关行政岗位实习经验者优先
