At sales direction (tendering),
- Oversee all commercial aspects of tendering,including making commercial & contractual proposal strategy and writing commercial & contractual proposal in accordance with tenders requirements.
- Negotiating commercial & contractual proposal with clients, revising the proposal.
- Assisting technical aspect in tendering, checking related work outputs with other departments to align every departments output aligned under Contracts without errors and omissions。
- Corporate contracts signature between CWHI and clients.
At Contracts execution direction,
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow, invoices.
- Lead negotiations of variations & claims under contracts.
- Assist Supply Chain and Finance to negotiate and procure subcontract / insurances / bonds / guarantees.
- Monitor project performance and report figures.
投标阶段,
- 全面负责投标的所有商务事宜,包括制定商业及合同投标策略,并根据招标要求编写商业及合同投标文件。
- 与客户就商务&合同投标文件进行谈判,并修订相关内容。
- 支持投标中的技术标部分,协同检查其他部门相关工作在合同层面保持一致,没有错误和疏漏。
- 负责协调公司与客户之间的合同签署事宜。
合同执行阶段,
- 编制并管理预算、预测、现金流及发票。
- 主导合同项下的变更&索赔谈判。
- 协助供应链和财务部门进行分包合同/保险/保函/担保的谈判及采购。
- 监控项目绩效并进行数据汇报。
I. Educational Background:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline; preference for candidates with a background in International Business Law or International Law.
II. Language & Technical Skills:
- Fluent spoken English for effective communication.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
