- Develop a comprehensive supply chain plan (including material planning, production coordination, and delivery scheduling) based on the company’s annual production plan and sales orders, ensuring precise alignment between all supply chain stages and production timelines.
- Optimize supply chain planning processes by adjusting material supply schedules according to production capacity and equipment utilization, balancing production loads with supply chain efficiency to minimize risks of production-supply misalignment.
II. Procurement & Supplier Management
- Focus on core production needs by managing the sourcing, price comparison, negotiation, and execution of procurement contracts for raw materials, components, outsourced parts, production supplies, and equipment consumables.
- Lead supplier development, qualification assessments, and performance evaluations (emphasizing delivery timeliness, incoming material quality, price stability, and capacity alignment). Maintain an approved supplier list and nurture long-term partnerships to ensure supply stability.
- Control incoming material quality by collaborating with the quality department on inspections, handling non-conforming materials, returns/exchanges, and claims. Drive supplier quality improvements to reduce defect rates and avoid production disruptions.
- Optimize procurement costs through centralized purchasing, long-term agreements, and alternative material sourcing. Monitor market price fluctuations, anticipate cost risks, and develop contingency plans.
III. Cost Control & Process Optimization
- Manage end-to-end supply chain costs, including procurement, logistics, inventory holding, and warehousing. Establish cost control records, conduct regular variance analysis, and implement cost optimization initiatives.
- Review manufacturing supply chain workflows (planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, production coordination) to identify bottlenecks (e.g., slow material turnover, delays, high inventory). Drive process improvements and standardization to enhance operational efficiency.
- Establish a KPI system covering delivery rates, inventory turnover, incoming material quality, procurement cost reduction, and downtime due to material shortages. Regularly track and analyze performance to drive continuous improvement.
IV. Quality & Risk Management
- Collaborate with the quality department to implement a supply chain quality control system covering supplier qualification, incoming inspection, warehousing, material dispatch, and finished goods delivery to ensure compliance with production standards and customer requirements.
- Identify key supply chain risks (e.g., supplier disruptions, price hikes, quality issues, logistics interruptions, capacity mismatches) and develop contingency plans (e.g., backup suppliers, emergency procurement channels, safety stock alerts) to mitigate production impact.
- Address supply chain exceptions such as material shortages, defect handling, logistics delays, and order changes. Coordinate cross-functional resources (production, quality, sales, R&D) to resolve issues promptly and minimize losses.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies across all supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
V. Data & Reporting Management
- Collect and organize supply chain data related to procurement, inventory, logistics, delivery, costs, and quality, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Prepare regular supply chain reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to provide visibility into operational performance, KPI achievements, challenges, and improvement recommendations, supporting decision-making for management and production teams.
- Leverage data analysis to identify weak links in supply chain operations and drive ongoing optimizations for greater stability and efficiency.
VI. Cross-Department Collaboration & Team Management
- Strengthen coordination with production, quality, sales, and technical teams to align demand, address issues, and ensure seamless integration between supply chain and business operations.
- Oversee team management, training, and performance evaluations to enhance professional capabilities (e.g., procurement strategies, inventory management, planning coordination) and build an efficient, results-oriented supply chain team.
- Support company initiatives in supply chain system certifications and audits, ensuring compliance with requirements and continuously improving management standards.
- Assist business units in trade project bidding, contract negotiations, and project execution.

2.采购与供应商管理
- 聚焦生产核心需求,负责原材料、零部件、外协件、生产辅料、设备耗材等采购寻源、比价、议价与采购合同谈判、签订及执行。
- 主导供应商开发、准入评估、分级考核(重点考核交付时效、来料质量、价格稳定性、产能匹配度),建立合格供应商名录,维护核心供应商长期合作关系,保障供应稳定性。
- 管控来料质量,协同质量部门开展来料检验,处理来料不合格、退换货、索赔等事宜,推动供应商质量整改,降低来料不良率,避免影响生产进度。
- 优化采购成本,通过集中采购、长期协议、替代物料寻源等方式,控制采购单价,降低生产物料采购总成本;跟踪市场物料价格波动,提前预判涨价风险,制定应对预案。
3.成本控制与流程优化
- 全面管控供应链各环节成本,包括采购成本、物流成本、库存持有成本、仓储运营成本,建立成本管控台账,定期分析成本异常,制定成本优化方案并落地。
- 梳理制造业供应链全流程(计划、采购、仓储、物流、生产协同),识别流程瓶颈(如物料周转慢、交期延误、库存偏高),推动流程优化与标准化,提升供应链整体运营效率。
- 建立供应链关键绩效指标(KPI)体系,包括交付率、库存周转率、来料合格率、采购成本下降率、停工待料时长等,定期统计、分析指标达成情况,推动持续改善。
4.质量与风险管控
- 协同质量部门,建立供应链质量管控体系,从供应商准入、来料检验、仓储存储、物料配送至成品发货,全环节把控质量,确保物料及成品符合生产标准、客户要求。
- 识别供应链核心风险,包括供应商断供、物料涨价、来料质量不合格、物流中断、生产产能不匹配等,制定针对性应急预案(如备选供应商储备、应急采购渠道、安全库存预警),降低风险对生产的影响。
- 处理供应链各类异常事宜,包括缺料应急、来料不良处置、物流延误补救、订单变更调整等,协调跨部门(生产、质量、销售、研发)资源,快速解决问题,减少损失。
- 遵守行业相关法规及公司管理制度,规范供应链各环节操作,确保合规运营(如采购合规、物流合规、库存管理合规)。
5.数据与报表管理
- 负责供应链相关数据统计、整理,包括采购数据、库存数据、物流数据、交付数据、成本数据、质量数据等,确保数据真实、准确。
- 定期编制供应链运营报表(日报、周报、月报),清晰呈现供应链各环节运营情况、KPI达成情况、存在的问题及改善建议,为公司管理层、生产部门决策提供数据支撑。
- 通过数据复盘,识别供应链运营中的薄弱环节,推动持续优化,提升供应链稳定性与效率。
6.跨部门协同与团队管理
- 加强与生产部门、质量部门、业务部门、技术部门的协同对接,同步需求、反馈问题、推动解决,确保供应链与生产、销售、研发环节高效联动。
- 负责部门内部人员管理、培训与考核,提升团队成员专业能力(如采购技巧、库存管理、计划协同),打造高效、务实的供应链团队,落实部门岗位职责。
- 配合公司完成供应链相关体系认证、审计工作,落实认证及审计要求,持续提升供应链管理水平。
- 支持业务部门,完成贸易类项目的投标、合同签订、项目执行工作。
