Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

•Ensure the implementation of the NPI projects of industrializations, from the definition of the technical requirements to the implementation and the final qualification of the projects

•Ensure the implementation of new manufacturing processes with right labor hour

•Pilot the design of specific machines and industrial prototype

•Propose technical and innovative solutions by ensuring “technological watch"

•Supervise new product transfers

•Propose and monitor the budget of investments for new project

•Provide technical support to related department and perform PFMEA, trying to find the problem in production line and perform failure analysis, finally find the root cause

•Responsible for conjugates and reagents preparing for production

•Work out the SOP and train production operators

•Responsible for BOM, Routing creating, Master data validation for SAP

•Ensure process continuous improvement and high efficiency

Qualifications & Skills:

•Educated to degree level (Masters) in a biological major discipline

•Demonstrable experience (3 years) of biological or Biochemistry field

•Clear thinking and initiative

•Strong skills in failure analysis and problem solving

•Skills in project management is plus

•Familiar with ISO9000, ISO14000, ISO45001 management system

•Fluent in English

•Can work under pressure
