KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• To support LM to identify Business opportunities in Target OG(Operator Group)/City for UFS China
• Understand the external market of B2B food service industry, competition landscape of savory category, TA’s behavior movements to develop growth strategy and innovation opportunity.
• Plan and lead execution of integrated OG development campaign independently to maximize brand power & accelerate growth.
• Good project management and agility to lead cross team (Regional CD/CD strategy & Operation/Chef/Digital Marketing/Portfolio Marketing) to deliver marketing & business plan within timeline.
• Actively monitor competitors in market, observe & make quick response.
• Responsible for Activity budget, campaign post evaluation and project business review for assigned city/OG.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree above, 2-3 years’ of marketing related experience minimum (Relative experience in Foods & Beverage related industry, or relative channel Marketing experience will be a plus).
• Result driven and growth mindset.
• Strong ownership is a must, can work actively and independently with a high standard.
• Good communication, project management and executions, good business analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrating strong learning capabilities on new skills, new methodology etc.
