职位概述 Position Overview
该专员将协助经理为团队提供的支持包括但不限于:协调外籍员工的国际派遣全周期管理,包括签证、安置与合规性操作。及时处理业务问询,提供专业的解决方案,并准确识别潜在合规风险,以确保严格遵守中国移民法律法规及公司政策。该专员还将协助监控移民政策更新,根据政策趋势和业务需求提出流程优化建议,推动团队效率与服务品质提升。根据各部门的实际需求,该专员会被要求适时的加入和管理某些特别项目。
The Specialist will assist the manager in providing comprehensive support to the team, including but not limited to: Managing the end-to-end mobility process for foreign employees, covering visa processing, relocation, and compliance operations; promptly addressing business inquiries, delivering professional consultation and solutions, and accurately identifying potential compliance risks to ensure strict adherence to China immigration regulations and company policies. The Specialist will also assist in monitoring immigration policy updates, proposing process optimization recommendations in line with business needs, and contributing to improvements in team efficiency and service quality. Based on business needs, the Specialist may also be required to lead or participate in special projects as assigned.
主要职责Key Responsibilities
- 为本地聘用外籍员工提供全周期的派遣服务支持,定期审核流程节点,主动识别可能的延误或合规隐患,制定预案并提前干预,规避运营与法律风险
- 追踪并妥善管理外籍员工工作证件相关的申请材料与关键时间节点,主动监控办理进度,确保各项流程按时完成,同时依据团队需求整理、汇总并提供数据报告与统计分析
- 统筹管理供应商服务费用的审核、结算与支付跟踪,确保付款事项符合公司财务制度及合规要求,严格按时处理,定期整理付款操作流程
- 快速响应员工及业务部门提出的派遣相关咨询与需求,提供清晰专业的解答
- 协助团队内部知识库搭建、推动流程标准化和自动化,提升团队整体效率与专业形象
- 与供应商保持良好的工作关系,定期回溯核心供应商的服务质量
- 与迪士尼乐园其他人力资源团队紧密合作,建立良好的合作关系,确保与组织目标一致
- 严格遵守所有人力资源规定、公司员工守则及合规要求,确保各项工作在法定和公司规定的时限内高质量完成。
- 各级领导安排的其他相关工作
- Provide end-to-end mobility support for local hired international employees, regularly review process milestones, proactively identify potential delays or compliance risks, develop contingency plans, and intervene in advance to mitigate operational and legal exposures.
- Track and maintain documentation related to work permits for foreign employees, proactively monitor application progress to ensure all procedures are completed on time, and compile data reports and conduct statistical analysis as required.
- Oversee the review, settlement, and payment tracking of vendor service fees, ensure all payments follow company financial rules and compliance needs, and complete on time. Regularly organize and document payment workflows.
- Respond promptly to mobility-related inquiries and requests from employees and business, providing accurate and professional solutions.
- Assist with building team knowledge base, promoting process standardization and automation to improve overall efficiency and professional reputation.
- Maintain strong working relationships with vendors, conduct regular performance reviews of core suppliers.
- Work closely with other HR teams within Shanghai Disney Resort to establish effective collaboration and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Strictly adhere to all human resources policies, company guidelines, and compliance requirements, ensuring all tasks are completed with high quality within legally and company-specified timelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
资格要求 Required Qualifications
- 本科学历,三年以上跨国企业国际派遣领域相关工作经验
- 优秀的时间管理与多任务协调能力,确保各项任务高效按时完成
- 具备独立处理常规及突发工作的能力,善于在团队中主动协作共享信息,达成业务目标
- 高度关注细节与工作准确性,对涉密信息具备严格的保密意识
- 优秀的中英文沟通与表达能力,能熟练运用双语进行跨团队交流和文件撰写
- 熟练使用MS Office办公系统,能高效完成文档处理、数据整理及报告撰写等任务
- 认同迪士尼的企业文化与价值观,能够将其融入日常工作行为与服务理念中
- 良好的协作意识,能够与各部门团队建立信任,并保持高效协作
- Bachelor's degree with over 3 years of work experience in multinational corporations, specializing in global mobility related fields
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills, capable of prioritizing effectively to complete all tasks efficiently and on schedule.
- Able to work independently on both routine and unexpected assignments, while also proactively collaborating within a team, sharing information, and working toward common business goals.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy, with strict confidentiality awareness regarding sensitive information
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, fluent in bilingual communication and document preparation
- Proficient in using MS Office applications, able to efficiently handle document processing, data organization, and report preparation.
