职位介绍：该岗位在少量监督下，负责中型项目的机械工程、能源管理设计、分析及相关计算工作。

工作内容：

1.    完成中等复杂程度项目的给排水、消防专业机械工程设计及相关计算工作。

2.    为公司内部工程师、设计师及外部顾问提供技术指导，推进施工承包文件的编制工作。

3.    管理外部工程顾问团队，确保其工作质量符合 WDI（华特迪士尼幻想工程）标准。

4.    协调终端用户需求与设计团队工作，确保需求充分融入设计文件及施工图纸。

5.    跟踪项目工作进度，保障技术质量、各专业间协同配合及生产交付要求落地。

6.    与迪士尼全球能源管理团队协作，落地全球最新能源管理策略。

7.    为不同复杂程度的项目制定并完善项目设计规范及工程工作计划。

8.    确保工作全程符合部门标准及作业流程。

9.    熟练掌握 WDI 第 15 分部通用技术规范。

10. 在项目施工阶段，为机械工程、给排水系统及消防系统的安装工作提供施工技术支持。

11. 审核承包商提交的资料，确认其符合技术规范及设计图纸要求。

12. 完成能源管理及控制系统的测试与调试工作。

13. 可承担项目注册工程师相关职责。

Job Summary: 

This position is responsible for mechanical engineering and energy management design, analysis, and calculations for medium projects with minimal supervision.

 What You'll Do:

1. Prepare mechanical engineering in plumbing and drainage, fire protection design and calculations for projects of medium complexity.
2. Provide technical direction to in-house engineers and designers, and to outside consultants in the production of construction contract documents.
3. Manage outside engineering consultants to ensure the quality of work meets with WDI standards.
4. Coordinate end user requirements with the design team and ensure requirements are incorporated in the design documentation and drawings.
5. Monitor progress of work and ensure that technical quality, interdiscipline coordination and production requirements are met.
6. Collaborate with Disney global energy management team for incorporation of latest global energy management strategies.
7. Organize and develop project design criteria and engineering work plans for projects of varying complexity.
8. Ensure conformance to department standards and procedures.
9. Become intimately familiar with WDI Division 15 master specifications.
10. Provide construction support during construction phase for mechanical engineering, plumbing and drainage system, fire protection system installation.
11. Review contractor submission for compliance with specification and design drawings.
12. Test and commission energy management and control systems.
13. May have Engineer of Record responsibility

职位要求：

1.    毕业于正规认证工程院校，持有机械工程专业理学学士学位。

2.    拥有建筑设备工程或机械工程专业注册工程师执业资格，且取得资格后拥有 4 年及以上项目工作经验。

3.    具备 10 年及以上机械工程领域工作经验，拥有商业或工业项目施工承包文件编制及应用经验。

4.    拥有 2 年及以上团队管理经验，曾带领机械工程师、设计师团队完成施工承包文件编制工作。

5.    具备项目施工阶段工作经验，熟悉资料报审 / 加工图纸审核流程，并有现场巡检工作经历。

6.    持有机械工程领域更高阶学历者优先考虑。

技术能力与领导能力要求

1.    掌握机械工程设计专业知识，熟悉行业实操规范、施工工艺与材料标准、相关法规规范及前沿技术，且能在设计、施工各阶段独立完成施工承包文件的编制与应用。

2.    熟练运用 CAD 及 BIM 技术（Revit 软件）开展工程设计、文件编制及数据分析工作。

3.    具备独立工作能力，可在少量监督下开展工作；同时能快速适应高度协作的跨专业项目团队工作环境。

4.    具备团队领导能力，可指导小型机械工程师、设计师团队，完成中等复杂程度项目各设计阶段的施工文件编制工作。

5.    具备优秀的书面与口头沟通表达能力。

What to Bring:

1.    Graduate of an accredited engineering school with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.

1. Licenced Engineer status in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering with 4 years post qualification project experience.
2. 10 or more years of work experience in mechanical engineering, with experience in the production and use of contract documents for commercial or industrial projects.
3. Minimum of 2 years managing a team of mechanical engineers and designers in the production of contract documents for construction.
4. Experienced in the construction phase with submittal/shop drawing review process and on-site field inspections.
5. Advance degree in the field of mechanical engineering is desirable.

TECHNICAL AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS:

1. Working knowledge of mechanical engineering design including industry practices, construction methods and materials, codes, current technology and the preparation and use of contract documents in all phases of design and construction.
2. Proficient in the use of CAD and BIM technology (Revit) for engineering design, production, and analysis.
3. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, and to thrive in a highly collaborative, multi-discipline project team environment.
4. Ability to supervise a small team of mechanical engineers and designers in the production of construction documents for projects of medium complexity through all phases of design.
5. Strong written and oral communication skills.
