1. Support sales managers in RFQ processes;
2. Coordinate feasibility studies for new projects;
3. Define project teams and project timelines according to customer milestones, and organize regular project meetings;
4. Conduct project budget control and tracking;
5. Prepare and execute project reviews / review gates and project readiness reviews according to Pre-set (Prestat) standards;
6. Be mainly responsible for the entire product lifecycle management;
7. Take charge of project change management;
8. Act as the main customer window for project communication, meet customer project requirements; handle cross-functional team issues, make key decisions for project activities, and collaborate with global functional teams on global/relocation projects from EU and NAFTA;
9. Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering (or related majors);
2. Over 5 years of project leadership experience in cross-functional projects;
3. Working experience in the automotive industry is preferred;
4. Proficient in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills;
5. Skilled in MS Office and professional project management software, with basic knowledge of 2D/3D design software;
6. Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving and pressure resistance capabilities.
