Field Marketing Manager, Hospital Channel
You will be responsible for overall marketing efforts including developing marketing plans and strengthening relations with hospital customers. Work closely with sales teams to develop marketing strategies and assist with the execution of such plans in hospital channels.
You will base in Shanghai, directly report to Sales Director of Hospital Channel, dotted line report to Market Director.
More about the role:
- Set up and develop the brand strategy and marketing mix plan to align with the business growth in hospital channels based on company’s commercial strategy
-Manage products life cycle to align with business and brand strategy for hospital channel, e.g. product positioning and pricing strategy, etc.
-Work closely with HQ and local stakeholders and manage the rolling forecast of supply demand to align with business growth.
- Marketing Communication and sales support
- Deliver marketing materials and sales tools to sales team
- Support tender document preparation with cooperation of local sales
- Penetrate and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders
together with sales team
More about you:
- At least 5 years of experience of marketing experience in MNC
- Minimum bachelor’s degree; major in Bio-medical Engineering or Medical preferred.
- Analytical and conceptual thinking, ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Project planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Native proficiency in Mandarin and full professional fluency in English is essential
