作为抖音平台运营经理，您将负责上海迪士尼乐园抖音官方旗舰店运营管理工作，跨部门沟通协作、平台关系维护等，以提升消费者品牌体验的同时，助力品牌抖音销售业绩达成。
工作内容
- 负责上海迪士尼度假区抖音官方旗舰店的运营策略制定及落地
- 对旗舰店的销售数据进行跟踪、评估、复盘，提出切实可行的改进和扩张方案
- 通过对消费者的分析及洞察，持续优化品牌旗舰店的体验
- 对接抖音平台业务相关人员，持续提升客情，以撬动更大的合作空间
- 旗舰店运营商的日常管理，保障品牌标准的落地，推进销售目标达成
- 收集行业信息和平台最新动向，不断优化店铺运营和活动效能
- 协助直线经理制定抖音平台销售计划、产品策略、促销规划、生意把控等
我们希望您
- 拥有大学本科及以上学历，电子商务、市场营销、商科或相关专业优先
- 4 年以上电商行业经验，抖音及相关电商平台运营或品牌数字运营经验优先
- 具有优秀的项目及时间管理能力、解决问题的能力和执行力，注重细节
- 具备较强的计划、组织、协调和与内外部跨团队合作的能力
- 良好的中英文口语、写作及演讲能力
- 较强的商业敏感度和数字分析能力
- 自我驱动，快速学习，务实有责任感，能在较少监督时正确、高效履行工作职责
- 主动，精力充沛，能在一定压力下工作并以结果为导向

Integrated Platform Manager, Douyin

Job Summary
As Douyin platform operation manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of Douyin official flagship store & channel management on Douyin, cross-department communication and collaboration, platform relationship maintenance, etc. to improve consumer brand experience and help achieve Douyin sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the operation strategy formulation and implementation for Shanghai Disney Resort flagship store on Douyin platform
- To track, evaluate & review brand’s sales performance on flagship store and propose practical improvement and expansion methods
- Conduct consumer analysis to continuously optimize the consumer brand experience on the store
- Be responsible for strengthening partnership with Douyin platform to expand cooperation opportunities
- Conduct daily management of Douyin operation vendors to fulfill the overall sales target
- Collect industry information and latest platform trends to optimize operation efficiency
- Assist line manager to develop sales plan, product strategy, promotion plan to secure business performance
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, major in e-commerce, marketing, business or related fields
- More than 4 years of experience in e-commerce industry; Douyin and relevant e-commerce platform operation or brand digital operation experience is preferred
- Excellent project and time management skills, problem-solving ability and execution, with attention to detail
- Strong ability to plan, organize, coordinate and collaborate with internal and external cross-teams
- Good oral, writing and presentation skills in both Chinese and English
- Strong business sensitivity and digital analysis ability
- Self-driven, quick learner, pragmatic and responsible, able to perform job duties correctly and efficiently with little supervision
- Initiative, energetic, able to work under certain pressure and results-oriented
